Best cheesy Fiesta potatoes out of all the locations, but my chalupa was burnt. I also ordered extra meat, cheese, and sour cream and like the rest of the locations it barely had anything on it at all.

Terrible service, they were out of many popular menu items but adjusted my order anyways. Was surprised to see that when I got home I didn’t receive a receipt or half the food I had ordered. It’s never been great but this was awful

Every time I go there they always get my order wrong. It’s not hard to just put meat and cheese on everything I ordered. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and I know what it’s like. This is the 3 time they put sour cream on my order when I specifically state just meat and cheese.

I just went through the drive through and we seat in the drive through waiting to get the food long enough for 3 of the vehicles in front of us to leave then we had to wait for them to even take our order then we had to remember them of things they forgot 3 times!! And I told them something was wrong/they forgot something and they insured me that it was not missing and so after all that we went through the food again and the exact thing I told them they forgot was not in the bad! Not a big deal if I didn’t have to wait felt like almost an hour then I’ve tried calling like 5 times and no answer

I went through Drive Thru for a Quick Dinner to feed my kids after a hectic day and when I got home my food was like I ordered but my kids Cinnamon Twist taste strong of chemical. I am now paranoid of being poisoned and my kids as well as my 2 year old ate all most half before a stole one off his tray and realized how horrible they tasted. I tried my other kids and the same. I have heard nothing good about this place as far as the KFC but thought how can you mess up tacos?? If we end up sick I will be contacting corporate.
