Tried four different types of bread here while visiting Wingate College from Florida. All were very fresh and tasty. Places like this are very hard to find the closest one I have back home is probably an hour away. If you are here from out of town I would definitely suggest this place it was packed with local people .I will definitely come back if we return to the area and the value was well worth it

This pastry and tortilla factory is a hidden gem ...at least hidden from those of us looking for great Mexican pastries. I suspect the baker may be more southern than Mexico because many of the items were of Central American and Argentinian origin but all were outstanding. The croissants filled with dulce de leche are great. Everything looks very appealing (I bought a large bag full of assorted items seeings as how I had come some 60 miles from home in search of good Mexican cuisine (found next door at Taqueria El Paraiso). They even had a selection of tres leches cakes from which to choose. I'll be returning often.
