This place is TERRIBLE! Went there on a Friday to get two footlongs for $10...he said no had to do it through app. Ok ..decided to just pay the difference. Noticed the bread case had 2 1/2 "crumbly" loaves in it. Also noticed there were no other customers in the place. The 2 guys working there were acting weird & suspicious. I noticed as he was making my tuna sub he kept scooping things off the tuna & tossing it in the garbage...really?!!! It took both of them to make two subs. Went to pay with $100 bill & was told they don't accept them. Glad my girlfriend had cash on her. The total was like $14.01...had a dish with pennies in it near register...you think he could've grabbed one & gave her back $6...no he gave her back $5.99. This place seems hard up for $ & customers. Don't waste your time or money here! Food & Bread is old & whoever is running this establishment apparently don't give a crap!!!

Big waste of my time! The advertise buy a footlong, get a footlong so I call the store, they tell me you have to order through the app. So I hang up & my wife goes on app & has a heck of a time checking out, I had already left to stop at store before picking up subs. I get to subway & I'm told give us a little bit, 15 minutes later I'm told they have no meatballs. I told them to cancel the whole order, she said I have to wait until Monday when the manager is in for a refund, it's Friday. So I was so pissed by the time I went elsewhere & got dinner an hour had passed. I wrote a complaint online that night & never heard anything. So now it's Monday & I'm waiting to get an alert from my credit card company & it never happened & it's after 5pm. So I call the store, seems like manager knew nothing, put me on hold, comes back & preaches to me to call first to make sure they have product before using app because it was close to their closing time, I'm thinking WTF! So he then says your refund is all set & we hang up. He then calls me back & says I need to come back with my card to get my refund. WHAT A HUGE INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS BEEN FROM THE START & THIS MANAGER OFFERS NOTHING BUT TO CALL FIRST BEFORE USING THEIR APP, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will not be going to Subway anytime soon other than to get my fn refund for something I never got!!!!

So disappointing. The Italian roll was stale and when I took a bite the crust separated into flakes all down the front of me. It wasn't made as I think I ordered it online, but that may be my inexperience.
