The food was amazing, from the fresh quac to the margaritas, this is by far the best Mexican restaurant we’ve been to. Our waiter was so friendly and everything came out very fast!

I have gotten takeout from Maizal 3 times now (I have not dined in), and since the pandemic started this has become a regular staple added to the rotation. Maizal has a family-style dinner for 4, which is SO GOOD and it's a generous amount of food. We upgrade to include both oaxaca and campana style tacos (both corn and flour tortillas which both taste homemade, tons of topping options- cilantro/onion/radishes/lime, sautéed onions, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream) and we always get ground beef and carnitas for meat. Comes with rice and beans. You must get the queso/guac combo- drooling thinking about them. Guac is fresh with lots of lime/cilantro, queso is spot on, comes with chips. Again- really generous portions. We've also gotten jalapeño margaritas- the larger container will fill 2 pint glasses filled with ice. The margarita containers had tons of fresh oranges, limes, and jalapeños, and they weren't too sweet, not too boozy- perfect- so worth it.Last thing we also tried- enchiladas (come with chicken, but we opted for just cheese). Also yummy.Another thing I've come to really appreciate during this pandemic is restaurants who make curbside painless- order and pay online, call when you arrive, they bring it out- the end. Simple.Looking forward to visiting in person at some point.

Really wanted to love it but ended up being disappointed. The tamales were soooo dry. An Ok amount of chicken, and the mole was alright but the masa was so hard and sooo dry. The rice was sooo bland and flavorless, such a letdown!

We had my sons 2nd birthday party here in February and it was a blast. We had amazing food for our whole family and the best Tres Leches cake I’ve ever had. Servers and management were so attentive and helpful, making our family party just right!!

All staff were friendly & professional. Asked if we were celebrating anything & I said my birthday & received a free fried ice cream, large enough for 3 people! Definitely will return.

It has become my favorite spot for Mexican over the past couple of months. For one, who can turn down ordering 32oz margaritas with your takeout brought right to your car? Very few people, I assure you. Their Facebook page is enough to entice you with videos of their food and meal prep. It started with wanting to try the famous tamales they handmake every weekend. You have to get your order in early, and there are usually two choices every week. I've had their chicken and their pork. They also have one of the best family size meals you can get. Ordered the tacos, which you can get in campana with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and onion with flour tortillas or the Oaxaca with cilantro, onions, radishes and corn tortillas. I prefer the latter, I'm a sucker for cilantro. The family size is for four people but honestly there is more than enough for maybe six. In addition to the garnishes and meats you get rice and beans as well. Their tamales are good. They can be a little bland BUT with the salsas you get with them it elevates the flavor. And holy crap they're spicy, flavorful, and delicious. The heat hits the back of your throat. Their fajitas are also great. Steak and chicken were the way to go. Their margaritas are delicious too. They don't hold back. Loved the passionfruit and the mango one too. So far, I've only gotten takeout. And there is plenty on the menu I'm interested in trying. The staff has been great, and they've adapted well.

Had take out, good but can't wait to try inside. My husband said the menu is extensive and the service is fantastic.

So tonight we got Maizel Mexican to go! Two jumbo margaritas (jalapeño & Cadillac), tacos (steak & chicken), nachos and chips + salsa/gauc/queso. The gauc and queso were to die for! Soooo good. The tacos were pretty good too, we did corn tortillas with steak and chicken and the lettuce and cheese toppings. Too much lettuce and not enough cheese. I really wanted to love the nachos... but the chips were really dry the queso all seemed to be at the bottom of the container. However there was lots of meat and jalapeños. I had to doctor them yo at the hotel, which meant pouring the salsa hot sauce and queso over top of them.

We got take out and the food was great. And a lot of food at that. Can't wait to order again.
