Beautiful, wholesome, serene environment with delicious food and they grow their own vegetables and herbs right there, all year long in their green house and organic land! Take a small day trip if you are in the Monadnock Region, you will enjoy the calmness and natural beauty of this place. One of our favorite getaways.

The Root is an excellent cafe conveniently located in 101. The place has a friendly, welcoming feel, and all of the food and beverage options are excellent. I'm really glad such a nice place opened up locally.

Beautiful, wholesome, serene environment with delicious food and they grow their own vegetables and herbs right there, all year long in their green house and chemical-free land. I really soaked in the peacefulness and enjoyed the tranquility and natural beauty of this place. One of my favorite getaways and excellent customer service with amazing and dainty, little pastries. Simply delightful, family- owned farm and café.

Super cute, fresh food, organic farm viewable from the window, right on the way to Monadnock and Miller state parks. Inside is so cute too. Will be back

What a delightful place in the midst of, well...nowhere. Worth the drive from anywhere though. Somehow, some way, these owners have created a downtown coffee WiFi shop in a beautiful barn. A place filled with all kinds of places to sit, and coffee and pastries. What more could you ask. Be prepared to walk in with an open mind. This is like being in a college town, all kinds of people. I think that's why I liked it best, well, except for the coffee and pastries. Actually coffee, pastries, a beautiful setting and all kinds of people might have been up for a tie:)

Nice folks. Nice barn. Great intentions. Still working on it; a work in progress. Best of luck.
