I know Dunkin’ really doesn’t care about negative reviews but I’m going to shout into the void anyway. This Dunkin’ gets our orders wrong constantly. Today we got a sandwich without egg or cheese, and our lattes had zero espresso in them.

My hot dark roast was delivered *cold* via the drive through. unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I had already gotten on the highway and was headed out of town. Also why doesn't Dunkin offer onion and chive cream cheese anymore? Garden vegetable cream cheese just isn't good enough.

Charcoal black bagel cant believe someone would have the nerve to butter and bag it sadly its what I got for breakfast. Had one at the other location in town as well.

I ask for a buttered bagel I'm at the dive up window. I get on 495 doing 70 open the bag and find a knife and little things of butter. Seriously I cant drive and do this. I did go to the drive up window I did ask. Frosted donuts always face down stuck to the bag and now charcoal bagels sadly this isnt the first one from dunkin donuts. Come on this is basic it's all you do coffee tea and a goody. This isnt brain surgery when its charcoal black you throw it away not send it along to be discovered later. Not a happy customer
