We walked out of this facility due to our frustration when ordering. They were out of most the things we wanted to order - even the limited Items that were listed as available. The girl taking our order was not helpful.

Awful service, no breakfast selection. Next Panera is about 100 miles away and I recommend you try that one.

The food was good, however the service was really poor. I ordered a curbside delivery, and typed in what I was driving, but never received my food, and had to go inside to get it, even when I tapped the “im here” button. There also wasn’t a fork in the pick up bag and it was missing beverages.

I ordered Panera through door dash.After close to an hour of not receiving my order, and mixed messages from door dash, I reached out to Panera myself.The sweet girl on the phone explained the online orders weren't working properly and that she would look into my order and put a rush on it.I got my ordered minutes later.When I got my food I noticed some of my order was missing.I called up again just to see if I could get refunded for the items missing( bless the drivers heart I didn't want to make him come back out with Everything going on)The general manager answered and said couldn't refund but could give something like a store credit.I thanked her for the kind gesture but assured her it was not that big of a deal and that I understood and their empathy was enough for me.10 minutes goes by and I get a phone call from a Panera worker telling me she was outside with the missing items and a few extra goodies. They went above and beyond with their customer service and I hope they see this and know that they made my day with their kind acts.Thank you so much Salina Panera bread!

Worst Panera I have ever been to. Just moved here from out of state so I have experienced Panera's and their typical customer service and procedures. First off, there is no menu! No menu board, no paper menus, and no self service kiosks working. So if you don't know what they have how can you order?! Second, when you do figure out what to order by asking the clerk they don't actually have what you want. They did not have sweet tea or broccoli cheese soup on this trip. So I ask for a soda, get my cup and go to the fountain, the fountain isn't even turned on. And it isn't because of the Coronavirus either. This is the second time we have eaten here, the first time was even worse, they literally didn't have anything we wanted to eat and we left .

They are the only restaurant in town that can't keep the right amount of food to support their menu. The last three times I've visited; they do not have the bread bowl, regular bread type for frontega chicken, or the soup of the day available!! I'm nearing the point of giving up on the Salina location and saving myself the constant disappointment.

Tried to use the delivery service to order over $40 worth of food. Called the store after the delivery was already meant to be at my home. They missed my order since it wasn't on both screens. I told the manager to just credit it back to my account. I normally don't leave reviews, but I'm upset. My son was super hungry, so he was almost in tears. I had been craving a bread bowl for so long. My family has been stuck in quarantine for almost two weeks, so we're all just in a pretty grumpy mood. Now we're even grumpier. I get It, it was a mistake. These things happen. Stuff could be so much worse, so I shouldn't be complaining.... But man, I really wanted a bread bowl.
