I called in an order at 7:07. I was told 20 minutes. I paid for it around 7:30 and added dessert the order. It wasn’t until 8 that we got the food. Then we asked for the dessert that we ordered, but she rang it up wrong. So I’m addition to waiting almost an hour for 20minute food, she tried to charge us for the dessert she missed. I figured at least for making us wait THREE times as long— the least they could do is give us a $4 dessert.At any rate— order from the Chicken Coop across the street ??‍♀️Additional: they told us they were busy and the chicken is dropped fresh. I don’t care. However busy you are it’s up to YOU to tell the customer accurate times and let THEM decide.

The service was adequate. The chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. This location, definitely lived up to the traditional Harolds Chicken brand. A little expensive but worth it. Ill definitely be revisiting this location.

I ordered 6 wings and got 5. I called to tell them I was short a wing and the lady asked me if I wanted to come and get it. I went back for my 1 one wing but no apologies were given. I won't be going back.

Trash. Ordered on Uber eats. Didn't follow directions at all! Gave me Coke instead of the drinks I ordered. My kid doesn't drink pop! Overcooked chicken wings cold fries. Ordered extra mild sauce on top of what you're supposed to get and didn't get any. Haven't ate Harold's in years and now I see why.

Customer service bad they mess up your food and then tell you they about to close and won't refund your money. Oh and threw away my chicken before even giving me an option if I wanted to keep it before saying they will not recook it tonight. Another day ordered 25 wings gave me no sauce then when I called back guy just sat on phone like ok. Well I need sauce and my wings about to be cold. They rude and ignorant.

Back in February I placed an online order that was paid for before pick up. I drive 30 mins to go pick up my food and see that they are closed. I called multiple times and no one answered even though there clearly were people in there. I finally went up to the door and through the glass they tell me they’re closed. I try to explain to to them that I had an online order but they ignored me. Finally a man opened the door and explained to me that they were closed due to family issues (which is understandable, I get that it happens) and offered to give me a refund on the spot and he was nice and apologetic towards me. But I guess someone else inside told him to tell me that my money would be refunded “tomorrow” even though the next day was a Saturday. I waited about a week...still no refund.I called them twice and even gave the woman on the phone my name and number to call me back when the manager was there...still no refund.Emailed corporate...still no refund.I have been nothing but nice, patient and understanding the whole time. I never write reviews and I normally love this place but I have no other way with getting in contact with a manager, so this is my last resort. All I want is my refund.
