I love this high-end resort! My wife and I stayed here back in 2003 for 6 nights during our honeymoon and we try to go every other year to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice bathrooms. Wonderful accommodations also The main pool is awesome, staff is always walking by asking if you need anything.

I stayed there here for a quick staycation and was l greeted by the super kind staff. The room was beautiful and the location is cool because it's tucked away almost like a secret lol. It was a nice time. Personally for me it's a little pricey for a staycation, and doesn't offer a ton of things to do that I'm personally interested in( but for others that's not the case at all I'm sure), but really so beautiful and great for if you are visiting the desert and want a wonderfully luxurious spot to stay.

I had THE best experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was prompt and attentive. Extremely professional. I had a pre-natal massage and a facial. Both were with Rachel. She is a gem. So sweet, professional, thorough. Explained each phase of the experience. And was constantly making sure I was comfortable. I didn't want it to end!!!! The spa is beautiful. Very relaxing lounge areas. So clean, updated. Again, best ever. And I 'spa' a lot.

We came for our anniversary and it was also our first trip with our baby. I chose the Ritz specifically because I wanted to make sure that everything was top notch and safe for our 8 month old. Although we ran into a bit of an issue with housekeeping, the issue was handled very professionally and as I would have expected it to be from a Ritz Carlton establishment. Janet was the manager that handled my issue and she went above and beyond to make me feel like they

Great place for getaway to relax. Welcoming staff, great food and service. When I stayed at the resort, there were not many people which I enjoyed it. It was like a private resort. All the food and drinks I had were delicious and great quality. Easy check in. The valet service was great, friendly and funny. The valet staff said I'll give your car some juice and charged my car during my stay. I loved their pool with the great view. You can't go wrong with Ritz-Carlton. You pay the price but the service is top notch. Can't wait to stay there next time:)

This review is mostly for the restaurant -- the one outside overlooking the city (the steakhouse maybe?). We came for dinner. First of all the lobby and common areas of the hotel are gorgeous. If you've started to doubt the ritz brand since being taken over by Starwood (because I have), the beauty and serenity of this location will change your mind. Even the valet were bespoke, mentioning our name when we came back a second time -- and we weren't even guests there! Now the restaurant... As someone who doesn't eat meat, the steakhouse did a fantastic job of making a delish veggie plate. The chef nailed it. But most importantly, was the server, who is one of the factors driving this review. I wish I knew his name, and will update once I find it, but WOW was this man every single thing a server should be. He was perfection. Also, the view from the restaurant is truly spectacular. Hope you found this helpful!

Sad shape room ( need good cleaning and replacement items and poor, pompous check in staff (Joel)! Not that I'm looking for sirens and balloon entry, but when I mention to my wife, how nice it is to be back for our anniversary, you'd think a decent guy would at least acknowledge it's our anniversary!! It's written on the reservation(I called earlier to have flowers and champagne delivered). But not a word out of Joel's mouth. When we got to our outdated, rag Barton, public hair infested room, I was less than impressed. This use to be a great Ritz. I've been a Ritz member for years and unfortunately a lot of their properties are falling short in the old Ritz standards. Too many better facilities in the area, sad to say this will be our last time here. Btw, I do give big props to the valet and bell staff!! Better than expected !!! The Spa use to be one of the best in the valley, not so much anymore.
