Husband and I have been with Wickersham Ins. company for over 25 yrs and absolutely love them. Chuck and Tambi are extremely professional and very friendly. Always go above and beyond to help in any way. We would never go anywhere else. We currently have 5 vehicles insured with Wickersham and will continue with future vehicles. The other employees are very courteous and friendly. Never had any problems.

Worst experience I have ever had with any business. we bought a house in Bullhead and went to Chuck Wickersham for insurance. He was really. nice and very pleasant to deal with. We are off with our brand new home owners insurance. Happy days! THEN the hammer drops. we get a letter from the insurance company cancelling our insurance and a refund check because there was no roof report submitted. After numerous calls I finally get Chuck on the phone who tells me he has ordered a roof report and the company reinstated the insurance. I asked him to send me an email about the insurance being reinstated. Never got the email, I do not think that the company ever reinstated the insurance. I kept calling Chuck and did not get a return call ( getting the queen of England on the phone might be easier). Finally after being very insistent (pushy) with one of his stellar employees I got him on the phone. After asking him to email me staying that my insurance was good he got very rude and said "oh yeah I'll get right on that.". I got right on getting a new insurance agent. This was about three years ago. Maybe Chuck has learned some customer service and that an agent actually has to work for that commission.

You might as well buy your insurance off the internet, You would probably get more service, had a claim on my boat been paying premiums for around 4 yrs, it gets damaged when its moored by a rental boat, he had me wrote through Progressive ins, Claim drew out over 1 1/2 years. He told me in the beginning not to worry about it he would straighten them out, then like a light switch dozens of calls to him voice mails e mails left messages with office no answers at all . If you want to pay for bad insurance and absolutely no help or representation, this is the place. This was on a measly $10,000 pontoon boat claim just to get it fixed. The estimate was a little over $7,000 and they cut a check for a little over $3,000 ? No resolution to date no contact back from Wickersham ins, I have a Prevost Bus that I pay over $4,000 a year on for insurance, (not through them) so a $7,000 boat claim seems trivial but it really pisses me off call your agent no response call progressive no call back , they simply dont have any communication with you,, Crazy !!!

This insurance agent is someone I would not recommend! We have had our auto and home owners insurance through this agent for 10 years. But I am moving it to to someone else because of a lack of response from their office. The agent, Chuck Wickersham, has not responded to 3 emails and at least 4 voicemails regarding my sons insurance policy. He seems very absent minded when speaking with him in person. He allowed our teenage son's auto policy to expire and neither knew or said anything about this. The most frustrating thing is his lack of response to his customers. I will let everyone I know to stay away from his business.... there are other and better options! I would give no stars if possible......
